Return Window
Revamp Motorsports has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Restocking Fees:
- 10% if returned within 7 days of delivery
- 20% if returned after 7 days but within 30 days
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and or original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at revampmotorsportsllc@gmail.com to request a return form. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
